Annelise finds time to write in the margins of being a wife and homeschooling mother to five rambunctious children. Her reluctant expertise in the area of allergen free cooking is a labor of love for her family, and she wishes to support and encourage families who are navigating these murky waters. In her spare time she enjoys writing, reading, gardening, and spending time with her family outdoors. She enjoys few things more than a quiet house and her first cup of coffee.
